The location was superb, very close to the ocean, featuring a lovely trail that runs along the coast, along with wonderful restaurants by the beach. It also provided easy access to the public beach area. the food was beautifully presented, offering a wide range of options.

The hotel was attractive and clean, had wonderful views of the ocean and waves below at Zapallar beach. The service was good, totally satisfied. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, yet it was lovely. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Southover Grange Gardens was lovely.

Thoroughly enjoyed lovely views.

The room was reasonably large, it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets...

The room was nicely decorated with a spacious balcony, a wonderful view plus light over shower for example, the staff were very very nice, did everything. The location was amazing, not too far away from Zapallar beach. Enjoyed the good restaurant.

The accessibility of the hotel is also commendable, with easy access to the main areas and facilities, making it convenient for seniors to navigate around.

A minor improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have the staff be more attentive and considerate towards the needs of older guests. It would be helpful if the children working there could provide extra assistance or take the time to explain the amenities and services available.

The food looks really nice when it comes to your table. the location is top-notch, being so near a restaurant on one side and the bay on the other; it's hard to beat that view! 🌊

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase, and I was impressed with the meeting rooms. They were comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the bay of Zapallar. The hotel provided all the necessary tech equipment, including multimedia projectors, backcloths, and blackboards, making it easy to hold a productive corporate event.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a designated area with computers, printers, and other office facilities readily available.
